The Evening Primrose is a tall, but elegant plant that only blooms in the evening hence it's name. The oil in the seeds is rich in essential fatty acids, particularly Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA). GLA produces prostaglandins which are important for cell growth and regeneration.
Ingredients: Evening Primrose Oil, Capsule Shell (Gelatin, Glycerin), Vitamin E (as d-alpha Tocopherol prep)
Nutritional: Each capsule contains on average 250mg of Evening Primrose containing between 8% - 10% of its fatty acids as GLA.
Directions: Take one to four capsules a day with water before retiring, as a food supplement.
