Sheeps Sorrel Herbal Complex with Indian Rhubarb, Burdock & Slippery Elm. Previously known as Essiac.

Sheep's Sorrel 42.5g Herbal Complex with indian rhubarb, burdock and slippery elm. This herbal complex is grown without the use of pesticides or herbicides.

One 42.5g pack of Sheeps Sorrel is sufficient to make 2 litres of Sheeps Sorrel Herbal Complex.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Ingredients: burdock root, sheep's sorrel leaves, slippery elm bark, indian rhubarb root. No added sugar, salt, soya, wheat, gluten, maize, corn, yeast, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings. ( Suitable for Vegetarians)

Directions: Add the whole pot contents to 2.5 litres of filtered or distilled water in a saucepan (stainless steel or glass) with a lid.

Bring to the boil and then reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep covered throughout.

Remove from the heat, keep covered and stand for 4 hours.

Bring to the boil again and then reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occaisionally. Keep covered throughout.

Remove from the heat. Pour into a scalded, or dishwasher clean, tall, narrow container. Cover, refrigerate and let stand overnight for maximum potency.

Pour off the liquid into a scalded, or dishwasher clean, glass or plastic container, cover and store in a refrigerator (a small amount of sediment may be present in the final liquid). Do not freeze or microwave.

Stir or shake gently before use.

Take one hour before or after eating, drinking 60-120ml twice a day.

Drink cold or at room temperature.
