Nutritional: The specific amounts per two 500 mg capsules ( = 5ml teaspoon of eye q liquid = one sachet of eye q micro), are: EPA: 186 mg , DHA: 58 mg , GLA: 20 mg

Directions: If taking eye q liquid the initial dosage is 3 x 5ml teaspoons a day, followed by a 1 x 5ml teaspoon maintenance dosage. These levels of consumption reflect numerous studies which show that it can take up to about 12 weeks to build up the body's stores of long chain fatty acids.
