Multivit A B C D E & Iron tablets are a multivitamin complex which has been developed for those who want a potent supplement with the added convenience of a single dosage. To help optimise good health, each tablet contains a specially selected combination of Vitamins together with Iron and Iodine chosen to actively supplement the diet.
- Vitamin A - essential for vision.
- Vitamin D - essential for aiding calcium absorption from food.
- Vitamin E - may help protect cells against free radical damage.
- Vitamin C - required for healthy skin, bones, teeth and gums.
- Thiamin (B1) - essential for healthy nerves and muscle tissue.
- Riboflavin (B2) - important for the physical energy of the body Iron - for transportation and storage of Oxygen in the blood
Ingredients: Lactose, Sucrose, Calcium Carbonate, Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Magnesium Stearate, Maize Starch, Iron (as Ferrous Fumarate), Vitamin A (as Acetate prep), Mastercoat Pink (Sodium Benzoate, Carnoisine Aluminium Lake, Titanium Dioxide), Talc, Starch, Shellac, Vitamin E (as d-alpha Tocopheryl), Riboflavin, Thiamin, Vitamin D (as D3), Mastercoat Polish (Carnauba Wax, Beeswax), Potassium Iodide.
Nutritional: Each tablet provides on average: Vitamin A 1201µg (150%*), Vitamin D 2.5µg (50%*), Vitamin E 1.65mg (17%*), Vitamin C 30mg (50%*), Thiamin 1.2mg (86%*), Riboflavin 1.8mg (113%*), Iron 5mg (36%*), Iodine 100µg (67%*). * EC Recommended Daily Allowance.
Directions: Adults - Take one or two tablets a day as a food supplement. Children (from the age of 12) - 1 tablet per day as a food supplement.
