Einsteins DHA by Higher Nature from £18.90

The fatty acid, DHA, is necessary for the brain, for thinking, for light receptors in the eyes, and for energy in every nerve cell. King of omega 3 fish oils from pristine seas. DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) & EPA( Eicosapentaenoic acid)Einsteins DHA

Einsteins DHA is one of the purest and most potent natural sources of DHA available. Einsteins DHA contains fish oil which is independent-laboratory screened and tested for PCBs and other pollutants to ensure the highest standard possible. You will not find a purer fish oil.

Although the body can make DHA from an essential fatty acid found in flax seed and certain other vegetable oils, scientists believe that this conversion is not always efficient, especially among young children and older people. So for maintaining a sharp mind it may be wise to supplement with fish oil or DHA.
