Ingredients: encapsulated with these natural ingredients: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. ( Suitable for Vegetarians)

Nutritional: Per capsule: 127.5mg Echinacea extract 4:1, 85mg Black elderberry extract 4:1, 170mg Olive leaf (oleuropein), 50mg Myrrh.

Directions: Take 1-3 capsules a day (children over 5 years, 1 -2 capsules), between meals. A daily multivitamin and Vitamin C are also recommended.
