Ingredients: Valerian root tincture 0.5 ml (Valeriana officinalis), Extraction solvent: ethanol 58%, Hops strobile tincture 0.5 ml (Humulus lupulus L.), Extraction solvent: ethanol 65% V/V

Directions: Adults and the elderly: To aid sleep: Take 30 drops in a little water half an hour before bedtime. This product may also be used to relieve the symptoms of mild anxiety: Take 10-20 drops in a little water once or twice daily.
