Dolomite is a mineral consisting of Calcium Magnesium Carbonate and as such is a rich source of minerals. The minerals provided by Dolomite 400 tablets are Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Zinc, Iodine, Copper and Manganese

Ingredients: Dolomite, Kelp Powder, Acacia, Potassium Gluconate, Modified Starch, Iron Gluconate, Copper Gluconate, Manganese Gluconate, Magnesium Stearate, Zinc Gluconate.

Nutritional: Two tablets will provide on average: Calcium 166mg (21%*), Iron 4.8mg (35%*), Magnesium 96mg (32%*), Zinc 2.5mg (17%*), Iodine 60µg - 110µg (40% - 73%*), Copper 1.12mg, Manganese 1mg. * EC Recommended Daily Allowance.

Directions: Take two tablets a day after meals, as a food supplement
