Calcium Pangamate is the most common form of Pangamic acid - named Vitamin B15 which is a popular but erroneous name. The name has now changed to DMG Dimethylglycine. DMG is a naturally occurring amino acid found in plant and animal cells. It is the active component of Pangamic Acid. "Vitamin B15" and Calcium Pangamate preparations. Natural sources of Pangamic acid include apricot kernels, whole grains such as brown rice, pumpkin, sunflower seeds and brewer's yeast. Pangamic acid is a derivative of the amino acid Glycine.
Ingredients: Di Calcium Phosphate, Dimethylglycine, Maltodextrin, Modified Maize Starch, Magnesium Stearate.
Nutritional: Each tablet provides on average 50mg of Dimethylglycine. Free from artificial colours and preservatives, yeast, gluten and lactose. No added salt or sugar.
Directions: Take one to three tablets a day with food as a food supplement
Health Warnings: Some users report experiencing nausea initially. This can be avoided by taking with food, preferably the largest meal of the day. Please Note that over 1500mg of calcium may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals. Store in a cool dry place out of reach and sight of children.
