A combination of biologically active, proteolytic, lipolytic and carbolytic enzymes to aid the digestion of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Improper or incomplete digestion of fats, proteins and carbohydrates can lead to a number of digestive difficulties. The protein digesting enzymes, Bromelain and Papain are found in pineapples and unripe papayas. Digestaid is a high potency enzyme combination of plant origin, especially formulated for clinical ecologist Gwen Davies. It is an ideal digestive food supplement to improve nutrient availability from food.
