D-Pearls contains 20mcg vitamin D3 dissolved in cold pressed olive oil. Vitamin D3 is produced within the body when the skin is exposed to UV radiation from sunlight. It can also be found in egg yolk, fish oils and oily fish such as salmon, herring and mackerel. Increases absorption of calcium from food.Reduces the excretion of calcium from the body.Ensures adequate levels of calcium are maintained and allows storage of calcium in bones and teeth.When blood calcium levels are too low, calcium stores are depleted, resulting in bone-weakening and osteoporosis. Responsible for healthy muscles and nerves. Supports a healthy immune system reducing the risk of developing auto-immune disorders and certain types of cancer.Helps to maintain healthy bones and teeth, and reduces the risk of osteoporosis.
