Directions: When? Use at any time of the day; much appreciated during the hot summer months.

How? Shake the bottle before use. Run the water first then add the bath milk, 5ml to a foot-bath or basin, 5ml to 10ml in a bath. Agitate water with the hand to mix the milk. In the shower or as a quick freshener, use a few drops on a moist cloth. To refresh a room add a few drops to a small bowl of warm water. When sponging down someone with a fever add a few drops to the water.
