This combination product aids the function of the liver, gall bladder and the kidneys, it also maximises fat and cholesterol metabolism, therefore helps maintain healthy arteries. Choline is required for the proper transmission of nerve impulses from the brain through to the central nervous system. Without sufficient choline, brain function and memory may possibly be impaired. Choline also assists in hormone production and is only obtainable through diet and supplements as the body cannot make enough to meet it's own needs. In the diet choline can be found in green leafy vegetables, liver, fish and nuts to name but a few and is usually derived from phosphatidyl-choline or lecithin.
Ingredients: choline di hydrogen citrate, calcium phosphate, inositol, shellac, stearic acid, magnesium stearate.
Nutritional: each tablet contains (average) Choline - 250mg, Inositol - 250mg.
Directions: Adults and children over 16 years of age, one tablet three times a day on an empty stomach, can be increased to four tablets if required, or as advised by a suitably qualified person.
