Directions: When? Washing the hair every four to five days gives the scalp enough time to restore its natural protection.

How? A highly concentrated shampoo so very little of it is needed. The amount needed will vary according to the length and type of hair. As a guide - for short, normal hair a measure as big as a ten pence coin is sufficient. Spread the shampoo on to wet hands and apply evenly over wet hair. (Use lukewarm water throughout ) Pre-wash the hair, rinse and re-apply shampoo. Massage the scalp well with the fingertips until the skin tingles a little. Rinse. Gently pat hair as dry as possible with a towel. If using daily, pre-washing is not necessary. NB Avoid contact with the eyes. (If the shampoo does get in the eyes rinse out with lukewarm water. Not recommended for babies.
