Calcium plus is a natural vanilla flavoured calcium supplement that is sweetened with freeze-dried honey and has added magnesium, vitamin A, vitamin D and Vitamin K to provide extra nutritional benefit. It is provided in a palatable powder that can be mixed into milk, yoghurt, fruit juice or simply taken in water. Calcium is ideal for growing children and for individuals that need calcium as a result of following a milk free or dairy free diet. Calcium plus is suited for individuals that require extra calcium but have difficulty swallowing large tablets or capsules. It can be used by women who are pre- and post-menopausal to help maintain adequate calcium levels in their diet.

Nutritional: Calcium 200mg (25% of ECRDA), Magnesium 200mg (66.7% of ECRDA), Vitamin A 1000iu 300µg (37.5% of ECRDA), Vitamin K 50µg, Vitamin D2 100iu 2.5µg (50% of ECRDA)

Directions: One heaped teaspoon (approx 5 grams) taken daily preferably in milk or yoghurt. For individuals with milk intolerances it can be mixed into water or juice or taken as professionally directed. Combine with Junior Multivitamins and Minerals in children and FemGuard or Femforte I or II in adults.
