An innovative food supplement to help maintain mental performance and short term memory. Brains is an advanced combination of DHA and EPA rich oil from the bonito fish enforced with herbal extracts from arctic root, lemon balm, bacopa and blueberries. In the UK about 5% of people aged 60 or over may have some form of dementia, but about 20% of people aged 80 or over will have it. The Alzheimer's Disease Society. It is a combination of herbs and fatty acids, which has been investigated in international scientific studies for the influence on brain health.

Nutritional: Per daily intake of 4 capsules: Bonito oil: 880mg, containing 260mg DHA, 60mg EPA and 560mg other fatty acids, Arctic root: 160mg containing abt, 5mg salidrsides., Lemon balm extract: 240mg 10:1 equal to 2400mg dry leaves, Bacoba extract: 80mg 10:1 equal to 800mg dry herb, Blueberry extract: 240mg 5:1 equal to 1200mg dry berries. This product is free from sugar, salt, gluten, yeast, soya and dairy prducts and is formuated without the use of preservatives, flavours or colourings of any kind. Negligible energy, protein, carbohydrates and fat. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Suitable for diabetics. Manufactured in EU.
Directions: 2 capsules 2 times daily with or immediately after a meal, with a full glass of water. After 2 month take 1 capsule 2 times daily.
