Sometimes called Vitamin H, or Co-Enzyme R, Biotin is not really a vitamin at all but does work together in the body with the B complex vitamins. What is Biotin for?

Directions: Adults and children over 12 years. One tablet daily with glass of water as a supplement. Store in a cool dry place, keep out of sight and reach of children.
