Also helps carbohydrate, fatty acids and protein metabolism and assists strong hair growth, preventing split ends and hair turning grey.

Directions: Adults and children over 12 years. One tablet daily with glass of water as a supplement. Store in a cool dry place, keep out of sight and reach of children.
