Calendula Complex Fresh Herb Extract a herbal preparation derived from the combination of Calendula, Viola Tricolor (wild pansy) and Echinacea (purple coneflower). Calendula Complex - The colourful Calendula or Marigold is a familiar sight in many gardens, being widely cultivated both for its attractive appearance and its ability to act as a decoy for garden pests. Calendula is native to Southern Europe and has yellow or orange flowerheads, flowering between June and October. It has been nicknamed "Russian penicillin" because vast quantities were grown in Russia. In this preparation it is combined with Viola Tricolor and Echinacea purpurea for added effect. Bioforce herbal products are prepared from organically cultivated or wild herbs in Switzerland. Fresh herbs, harvested at their prime, are used to prepare the tinctures. No pesticides, insecticides, fungicides or chemical fertilizers used. Alcohol extraction ensures a good balance of the important elements present in each herb.Stringent quality control analyses before, during and after processing enables Bioforce to produce tinctures of uniform quality and purity.
