This is a new combinational nutritional supplement developed specifically to provide antioxidant nutrients which may help to maintain healthy eyes and normal vision. Bio-Vision contains a unique blend of naturally occurring antioxidants, including Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Beta-Carotene, Lutein and Bilberry derived anthrocyanosides. Tissues comprising the eye are particularly vulnerable to damage by free radicals, resulting in the development of cataracts and mascular degeneration respectively. Free radicals are generated as toxic by products of normal cell metabolism, as well as by exposure to ultra-violet light. The antioxidant substances present in Bio-Vision help to maintain the antioxidant defences of the eyes against such damage.

Tissues that make up the eye (lens and retina) are vulnerable to damage by free radicals, which can result in the development of cataracts and macular degeneration. (Free radicals are chemicals which are created by our own metabolism as well as from environmental factors such as smoking, air pollution, UV light exposure, etc.). Antioxidant substances present in Bio-Vision can protect against such free radical induced damage within the eye. In addition, beta-carotene (a precursor of Vitamin A), plays a role in the maintenance of night vision. Lutein is a protective component of the macula, (light sensitive region of the retina involved in vision targeting and colour perception).

Nutritional: Each tablet contains 250mg vitamin C, 200 IU vitamin E, 7.5mg Beta-Carotene, 16mg bilberry extract, 4mg lutein, 20mg zinc and 1mg copper.

Directions: Pharma Nord recommends taking 2 tablets of Bio-Vision per day.
