A specialised formulation of B vitamins which excludes Vitamin B12 and folic acid. Ingredients: Capsule (Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose & Water), Thiamine (as Thiamine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate & Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Pantothenic Acid (as Calcium Pantothenate), Choline Bitartrate, Inositol, Para Amino Benzoic Acid, Riboflavin, Niacin (as Niacinamide), Vitamin C (as Magnesium Ascorbate), Magnesium Aspartate, Magnesium Citrate, Pangamic Acid, Anti-caking Agents (Silica & Vegetable Magnesium Stearate), Biotin ( Suitable for Vegetarians)

Nutritional: Thiamine (vitamin B1) 50mg (3571% of ECRDA), Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 50mg (3125% of ECRDA), Niacin (vitamin B3) 50mg (277.8% of ECRDA), Pantothenic Acid (vitamin B5) 50mg (833.3% of ECRDA), Vitamin B6 50mg (2500% of ECRDA), Choline 50mg, Inositol 50mg, P.A.B.A (para amino benzoic acid) 50mg, Vitamin C 40mg (66.6% of ECRDA), Pangamic Acid 30mg, Magnesium 13.9mg (4.6% of ECRDA), Biotin 200µg (133.3% of ECRDA)

Directions: One capsule taken daily with food or as professionally directed. Combine with Vitamin C Powder and Bio-Magnesium for energy and immune support.

Health Warnings: Long term intakes of 50mg vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness. Diabetics should consult their GP's before taking this product. Not suitable for use in pregnancy or if pregnancy is being planned. Not suit- able for children under 12 years of age (See Junior B Complex for this age group).
