Ingredients: Almond oil, sunflower oil, wintergreen oil, lecithin, alcohol, pine oil, Arnica montana tincture, vitamin E

Nutritional: Contains no colouring. Contains no preservatives.

Directions: Put 20ml of A.Vogel Atro-Bath into a full bath. Pour into filled bathtub and mix well by hand. Bath temperature: 30 - 40°C, bathing time: 15-20 minutes
