Nutritional: 100g contains: Arnica, Planta total tincture (1=2) 10ml. In an emollient base containing Lanolin, Yellow beeswax, Wool alcohols, Olive oil and Sunflower Seed oil. Nominal ethanol content 3.75% w/w

Directions: Adults and Children: Bruising: as soon as possible, apply a small amount at the site of injury. Muscular stiffness, sprains and swelling after contusions: apply sparingly to the affected area with gentle massage three to four times daily. DO NOT USE WHERE SKIN IS BROKEN. ALWAYS READ THE LABEL
