Nutritional: APPEsat™ is suitable for any adult with a BMI of over 18.5 who recognises that reducing the amount of food they eat will have a positive effect on their weight management.
Directions: Take APPEsat™ at least 30 minutes before meals with a large glass of cold water. For best results follow the recommendations inside the pack. Do not take more than nine capsules of APPEsat™ a day. It is advisable not to take APPEsat™ with a hot drink as it may affect its efficacy. In the beginning the maximum recommended dose for APPEsat™ is three capsules taken three times a day taken with a large glass of water, 30 minutes before each main meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Over time you will be able to modify you're appetite and gain a better understanding of when you are full and will be able to reduce the dosage.
