This product contains the legendary amla fruit (also called Amalaki) and involves 21 steps of production. We use the wild forest fruit, which is smaller and more costly but much more highly regarded. For thousands of years this herbal preparation has been renowned for its ability to enhance the harmonious relationship between mind and body and to bring all three doshas into balance. Ayurveda describes it as having a muscle-building effect, which makes it highly recommended for sportsmen and sportswomen and indeed for anyone who takes vigorous exercise or engages in sporting activity. Processing the fruit of the Amla with its own juice in a 21 step process enhance its benefits including its muscle building action that is useful for all types of athletes.
It is unusual in that it stimulates digestion without increasing acidity. Amlaberry nourishes the skin cells and helps increase their moisture levels, reducing the signs of ageing.

Directions: Take 1-2 tablets twice daily 30 minutes before meals with warm milk or water.
Health Warnings: An intake of 2-3 times more than the recommended dose is generally well tolerated. In case of intake more than this, skip the next dose. In case of discomfort consult your health advisor.
