Available in a 250 ml gel filled in a clear, labelled plastic bottle with a white plastic cap with a nozzle. It is a smooth, green coloured, homogeneous gel. An ideal first aid remedy for use at home, on holiday, or any time when a cooling, soothing gel is required. Excellent for after-sun use, this gel is highly moisturising for dry or chapped skin. Aloe Vera was used by Cleopatra and the ancient Romans to nourish their skin keeping it looking healthy and well toned used Aloe Vera. Using a potent Aloe Vera Extract, Health Aid have developed a cooling gel that is an especially soothing aid for combating sunburnt, chapped and dry skin. Aloe Vera contains naturally occurring ingredients, which moisturise and regenerate skin cells to help tone facial tissue.
When applied to wounds and burns the clear gel contained in the Aloe leaf leaves a protective coat on the affected area to reduce the risk of infection and help the healing process. It has natural antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties. People with eczema, acne, graze and scalds can use the gel quite effectively. It may also be applied to varicose veins and has even been used on burns received from radiation and X-ray treatment. Ingredients: Aqua (Purified Water), Alcohol denatured, Glycerol, Aloe Vera ext., Polysorbate 60, Dimethicone copolymol, Sodium carbomer, Parfum, Imidazolidinyl urea, CI 42090, CI 19140. All the ingredients meet the requirements of USP/NF, BP, EP, BHP or CTFI pharmacopoeia.
Directions: Apply evenly and generously to face and body.
