Ingredients: Alcohol, Aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis), German Chamomile(Matricaria recutita), Roman Chamomile (Anthemis nobilis), Cardamom (Elettaria cardomomum), Milk Thistle (Carduus marianus)
Nutritional: 100g of fresh plant tincture (extracted in alcohol 66% by volume) typically contains the tinctures of Aloe Vera 30g, German Chamomile 20g, Roman Chamomile 20g, Cardamom 20g, Milk Thistle 10g.
Directions: Generally: 15 to drops in water twice daily. Maintenance: 20 drops in water once daily.
