Alka-Clear™ provides a rich source of cleansing, alkalising minerals to help maintain the alkaline balance of the blood and tissues, and support the removal of waste products from the body. A set of 'pH' strips are provided for checking the body's acid/alkaline balance.

No added: sugar, salt, starch, wheat, gluten, maize, corn, yeast, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings.

Directions: Capsules: Take 4-6 capsules with a glass of water. Do not take more than 24 capsules in 24 hours. Powder: Stir 1 rounded teaspoonful of Alka-Clear™ into a glass of water. Alka-Clear™ is best taken on rising in the morning, but can also be taken between meals. Avoid eating within half an hour after taking Alka-Clear™. To alkalise after a large meal or over-indulgence wait one hour, or one and a half hours if you have eaten meat. To check your pH, use the Test Papers provided. Touch a pH strip to your evening urine stream. Compare the colour against the chart provided. A healthy urinary pH is between 7.5 - 8.0 in the evening.
