This remedy is Ruta graveolens, rue which is sometimes called the herb of repentance or the herb of grace. The source is the whole, fresh, plant pre flower. It is also referred to by herbalists as being the antidote to all poisons. Pronounced rooter grave rhymes with 'carve'. It is commonly used for injuries to bones, fractures, dislocations, sprains of wrists and ankles, eye strain, synovitis, urticaria. Sprains and strains including ligament pain from over-exertion, feels bruised e.g. tennis elbow, frozen shoulder.
Ingredients: Sucrose coating/Lactose core.
Directions: Pillules to be sucked or chewed and to be taken between meals. Adults and children: 2 pillules every two hours for the first 6 doses, then 4 times daily for up to 5 days or until symptoms improve, or as directed by your doctor or homeopath. If symptoms worsen or persist consult a doctor.
