This remedy comes from Nux vomica, the poison nut tree. It's made from its dried seeds containing strychnine a poison which acts on the central nervous system. It is used for the following symptom pictures: For over-indulgence in food and alcohol, itching piles, stuffy colds, vertigo, constipation, raw throat. For coughs & colds including a head cold, stuffy nose. For coughs - tickling dry cough. For first aid including hangover - heartburn, headache, hypersensitive to stimuli e.g. noise. For women's health issues including premenstrual tension - and when quarrelsome and better for letting off steam.Nux vom

Ingredients: Sucrose coating/Lactose core.

Nutritional: Homeopathic remedies are extremely delicate and should be protected from environmental influences such as chemicals and light. They are best stored in their original containers in a dry cupboard, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.

Directions: Pillules to be sucked or chewed and to be taken between meals. Adults and children: 2 pillules every two hours for the first 6 doses, then 4 times daily for up to 5 days or until symptoms improve, or as directed by your doctor or homeopath. If symptoms worsen or persist consult a doctor.
