This L-5- Hydroxytryptophan (5 HTP) product is derived from an African seed Griffonia Simplicifolia. The body manufactures this amino acid from L-tryptophan, which is found in dietary proteins and is used to make serotonin, an important substance for normal nerve and brain function.

Nutritional: Each tablet contains average: L-5-Hydroxytryptophan 50mg. Suitable for Vegetarians, free from yeast, gluten, corn, starch, soya, wheat and dairy products. No added salt or sugar. Free from artificial colour, preservatives and flavouring.
Directions: Adults and children over 16 years of age, one to two tablets daily, can be increased to four tablets if required, or as advised by a suitably qualified person. Maximum of 6 tablets can be taken a day. Do not exceed the stated amount.
