Guarana Extract (Paullinia Cupana) (seeds) [standardised for 22% alkaloids as caffeine 154mg] 700mg, Yerba Mate (Ilex paraguariensis) (leaves) 500mg, Citrus Aurantium fruit extract 300mg, Green Tea Leaf extract [standardised to 90% polyphenols (70% catechins)] 300mg, Dandelion Leaf and Root powder (Taraxacum officinale) 250mg, Bioperine (Piper nigrum) (fruit) (98% piperine (4.9mg)) 5mg, Chromium (as ChromeMate) (Chromium Polynicotinate) 200 mcg.
