| Directions/Application: Make sure your feet are; the majority of people would apply the patches before going to bed. Apply one patch on each foot for the five consecutive days. Remove the large backing paper from the adhesive sheet and place the patch onto the centre of the adhesive sheet. The writing on the patch must face down onto the sticky surface, so that that lattice surface will be in contact with your skin. Position the patch onto the sole of each foot, removing the remaining strips of backing from the adhesive sheet and smooths the sheet down for a greater hold. Wearing socks will ensure that the patch does not fall off. The following morning, if worn over night, remove and throw away, washing your foot if it is sticky. The adhesive is not hyper-allergenic. |
