| Directions/Application: Take 1 capsule in the morning & 1 capsule in the evening. Increase to a max of 6 capsules daily, or 3 bowel movements a day on 4 consecutive days. Then reduce the number of capsules to 1 or 2 a day, use minimum dosage to maintain bowel function. Increase water intake to 2 Litres a day to assist the purification process. |
