Step 3 is to shampoo out the avocado butter with a high quality, natural shampoo free of synthetic detergents and emulsifiers like sodium laurel sulfate (try one of burt's of course!). Step 4 is to comb, never brush, wet hair to avaoi snagging, stretching and snapping and the enclosed comb is ideal for this task. Step 5 is once a week, apply the avocado butter in the evening, covering your hair with the enclosed bee bonnet shower cap.
