| Directions/Application: Tisserand Pure Essential Oils can be used as essences in the bath or vaporisers - use only 5 or 6 drops. They can also be used to make up your own massage blends having first diluted them in Tisserand massage oil base or lotion base. |
| Ingredients: zingiber officinale (root) - Distilled from the root of the plant in Africa, Ginger is useful in massage blends as a fortifying tonic for tired muscles. |
